Caesar Wheel app for iPhone and iPad
This is a very simple Caesar cipher that will allow you to convert standard letters in to an encoded format. You can also decipher a code you have received (if you have the key).
Simply turn the inner wheel with your finger to change the key, or use the increase buttons below. Its that simple!
